Exclusive Menu and Service Package
We are proud to be catering for the BCNU Head Office, supporting members and staff as they work to provide exemplary healthcare to British Columbians.
The following information, guidelines and menus have been developed to make both the ordering and dining experiences as efficient and enjoyable as possible.
These guidelines will help make ordering as smooth as possible -- saving you time and helping us concentrate on preparing the food you'll love!
01. Planning ahead
Please submit approved requests (with a Purchase Order number) by 4 PM, 3 business days in advance of the delivery date. Specific menus may require more notice. Please refer to your selected menu for further details.
02. Making changes
Submit your updates as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate additional guests or allergy accommodation requests received before 9 AM of the business day preceding delivery.
Changes to your guest count or dietary needs can be sent via email by replying to the order confirmation received.
03. Dietary accommodations
Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegetarian and Vegan accommodations will be provided as requested.
We take allergies seriously and will do our best to accommodate. Please try to select menu items that accommodate your guests. For guests who indicate a preference for no pork, no beef, no seafood, or a pescatarian meal, if the main protein option does not accommodate their request, a vegetarian option will be available.
For guests with serious allergies, please let us know their allergies and if they are able to eat from the menu you have selected or if they would prefer a vegetarian option or entrée salad.
04. Noting Dietary requests
The dietary needs of your group can be noted on the Menu Selection form. Include the guest's full name, and then their dietary request. Please separate each individual with a semi-colon. See Example.

06. Submitting your request
Please complete the BCNU Menu Selection form found after the menus below and submit it no later than 4 PM three business days in advance of your meeting. We will email a Confirmation as soon as we've processed your request.

Information to help make the most of your dining experience.
Catering for groups of 10+ will be presented in/on real platters or baskets and hot food will be served in food warmers. Depending on the menus selected, food for smaller groups may be packaged individually.
Daytime meals will be delivered to and set up in the room specified with your order Usually your meeting room). Be sure to have at least two tables staged near the door for the catering to be presented on.
Dinners will be set up in the servery on the first floor
We will arrive with your food 10-30 minutes before service time. The food will be set up and ready to eat at 12:00 PM for lunches and 5:30 PM for dinners. Our food will be prepared for eating at those times, so, for the best dining experience, we encourage you to plan your breaks accordingly.
Please return all used dishes and cutlery to the bins provided in your room or in the 1st floor servery. Serving equipment, plates and cutlery will be picked up at the end of day.
