Born and raised in our beautiful city of Vancouver, Jesse Zuber began his culinary career during high school, working part time at a small local restaurant. Jesse’s love for food is unmistakable and everyone who savours the flavours of his food creations recognizes his brilliant ability to create unique and widely appealing dishes.

And no wonder!

• He’s been mentored by legendary chefs like Rob Feenie, New York’s Daniel Boulud and Top Chef Canada Winner Dale Mackay.
• He’s opened acclaimed restaurants, competed in Top Chef Canada and led a major culinary group as culinary director.
