Born and raised in our beautiful city of Vancouver, Jesse Zuber began his culinary career during high school, working part time at a small local restaurant. Jesse’s love for food is unmistakable and everyone who savours the flavours of his food creations recognizes his brilliant ability to create unique and widely appealing dishes.

- He’s been mentored by legendary chefs like Rob Feenie, New York’s Daniel Boulud and Top Chef Canada Winner Dale Mackay.
- He’s opened acclaimed restaurants, competed in Top Chef Canada and led a major culinary group as culinary director.
